Some ranked troubles I've been having, possibly you guys too (First thread)

This is my first season of League of Legends, and I started back in December 2016. I became a Veigar main over a month and a half ago, and been having very positive results with my KDA, CS, etc.. I started playing ranked around a month ago, and it started out very well. I was placed into Silver V. Being my first season, I was very satisfied with these results. Although when I started playing, I quickly found out I sucked too bad for Silver V. It was very frustrating and I climbed down into Bronze V. In Bronze V, I was a very average player. Generally my KDA was sitting around a 1 and I considered myself an average team player at that rank. But I kept losing matches. Many matches. My win percentage with Veigar went down all the way to 18% at one point which would seem mathematically impossible. I kid you not when I say 75% of my losses were due to poor teammates that brought the whole game down. They would feed and be toxic toward one another. I was never toxic and managed to have good sportsmanship even as I quickly dropped from Silver V to Bronze III in 3 weeks. I am currently sitting at Bronze III with 0 LP and am not sure what to do. My average KDA with Veigar in my most recent games has shot through the roof and I am currently sitting around a 2-3 KDA on average per LOSING game. Can anyone relate to this or if not, give me some advice? I am upset because of my decent performances during these matches, and I wish that I could be placed in a higher elo. :) Read my matchmaking thread I think we're kinda on the same page, although I play multiple lanes I'm mostly Mid/Top/Jung.

I will say having multiple champs that you're above average with will help a lot and knowing the meta will too. Like right now it's tank meta and you can tell the difference especially if your game has a late stage.
