How do you dodge the spear on pantheon?

Any tips on dodging the spear? I'm pretty good at dodging nidalee spears but panth's just goes too fast crits a little too much for my liking!

You can't, it's a targeted ability. Only iframe champions can avoid it (if even they can I'm not sure on that.)

You don't. You have to take it in the ass.... repeatedly.

Nocturne top has a spell shield that stops panth q from doing damage, as does Sivir. Fizz top has plenty of invincibility frames to dodge it.
