Afk system in league of legends

Dear Riot Game,

why... why do you punish us for our teammates having bad connections, why can you not use the dota 2 system where the only person that gets punished in ranked games is the afk'r. Ever since i was a little child I always wanted to play wukong, but then this sivir gets up and calls adc and afk's causing the support to rage and feed making us lose about 20 lp on my journey out of hell. When will this stop? When will you end this tryanny of the players afking and threatning to afk. pls give me my 300000 lp back or fix this stupid system. gg
