(WAYY) too many dodges from champion select in new system.

I wait 5-15 minutes to be put in a rooom where the last person to pick a hero taunts us and dodges.. this is ridiculous. in the past 2 hours I have been selected into a lobby about 8 times and 6 out of those 8 this happens. wth are they doing? shouldn't the dodge punishment be taking care of this crap??
