Reparing Client taking forever

I finished a match after my game and then a text on my screen said that something was wrong with my installation and they'll try to fix it. Then the play button turned into a metal tool thing. I put my mouse over it and it said 'scanning files'. Later it turned to XXXMB/XXXMB(X=random number). At the bottom of the scanning files said ETA 47 minutes. I didn't think much of it but then I realized the estimated minutes are getting longer instead of shorter. Now it's estimated 1100 minutes, I waited for more than 2 hours but I read someone it usually takes 45min-1 hour and my wifi is not that bad either. I tried using hextech repair tool but said nothing was wrong. Am I gonna be stuck here forever or is it actually gonna let me play in like 19 hours?
