7.13 Patch Notes (confused)

When league of legends 7.13 patch came out released in Wednesday the 28th, there was suppose to be a thing called "New Honor System". I liked the thought of being honored and getting rewards but after a game, I dont see the thing where you honor a specific player for being called "GG, Friendlys" and other stuff
