[GAMEBREAKING] HUGE flaw in the remake system.

If a player connects for like 10 seconds at the beginning of the match then dcs and never comes back, it won't let you remake, leading to games like this (having to build full ap on a support because the adc never truly connected, but was active for 10 seconds so we couldnt remake). Please make it so like, if a player hasn't left base by 3 minutes, even if they are connected, let us remake. I would like compensation for the LP lost in this game. https://i.imgur.com/LcjDgnd.png
