Ok, so I'm just spitballing here...

What if, and this may be an awful idea, but what if the balance team intentionally threw the game completely out of balance? What if they just said, Fuck It, and buffed every single champion to a stupid level just for fun. Kind of like URF on steroids but every game. I don't know, it seems like if every champion were broken, would any of them be?
