Can We Please Please Please Fix (or turn off) Autofill?

Just to start off, I'm not against the IDEA of autofill, but it doesn't seem to be working for ranked.

I'm 2 games into promos, and both games I've had a team with people that have never jungled in ranked, and the jungler plays like he has never played LoL before (not their fault they are pushed into an important role they've never done).

Getting put mid after I put support primary, getting people never playing important roles filled into them in promo games, it just makes ranked feel pointless.

Edit: Getting autofilled into support is one thing. Getting autfilled into the most impatcful role in the game when you've never played it is another. You should never be autofilled into jungle. A bad support can be carried. A bad jungler loses you the game.
