For certain champions like Volibear and WW its actually literally in every sense impossible to get to a good ahri.... She is almost as fast as WW even when his bloodlust is on and voli we he q's..... and if shje charms you , you cant even get to her by the time her charm is up again late game... and this is not even including her R!!

Her identity revolves around mobility, which comes more or less entirely from an Ultimate with a longer than average cooldown. Other Champions have no obligation to stand still and let you walk straight at them, just because you picked someone with triple their health pool instead of a dash.
First of all , she IS a kite mage , a bursty one , but to kite and kill WW or Voli , she needs to hit them with her full Combo like 3 or 4 times if they have MR and , they still can heal so it's impossible for her to kill them unless they running it down
