Riot remember way back when you made DFG 10% CDR instead of 20%? The reason you gave was so that people didn't "fall into" CDR without actually looking for those stats.

So why the fuck does Maw now have armor pen, lifesteal, attack speed, and spell vamp on it in addition to everything else?
