Swain got a recent rework, and I can buy either Swain or Vladimir. So, I was wondering whether Swain or Vladimir is better, or if I should buy them at all.

I think right now, Vlad is better as Swain is in this weird place where he might be shit, might be strong and people haven’t figured him out yet.
I'd honeslty go for Swain, if I were you. His gameplay is just tons of fun.
They fill a pretty similar role on a team, IMO. So either one should be fine.
They're both essentially bursty late game drain-tanks.
I think swain has a little more of a mid game spike than Vlad does, but Vlad is more powerful in the long game. Vlad's a better split pusher, Swain's a better team fighter. Swain has more CC, Vlad has more outplay potential.
Just gotta weigh your options.
Wait till they are free, so you can test it out. I would say Swain because He is more likely to get buffs then Vlad. Most cause competitive abuse Vlad on and off. As for swain.... May or may not be competitive, have to wait and see
