Ashe buff ideas!

Hello! I have a simple idea to make Ashe a better champ. She is my favorite champ and I'm sad to admit it but she will probably never be able to be viable in ranked. But she could be buffed for normal's so people can still enjoy her. Well, This idea is super simple and it will make a big change. Basically what it is, is to change her E from giving her 3 gold, to around 3 stacks of focus. this way she doesn't have to not attack to be able to use it, AND she can actually have a passive. Her current passive now is actually useless, and probably the worst champion passive in the game, if they change the E to this, They not only change her play completely, but it rewards her for farming. Which is also a great point. A lot of players I talk to say she is a beginner champ, which she is why she is a 450 and is not meant for competitive play. But Changing her E will help people learn to last hit, and it will make a big change in the early stages of play for new players.
