Idea For Graves Changes
So, right now the big problem with Graves is that he's an amazing duelist, who has a mid-range, becomes hard to kite, and can still be bursty. He also isn't in the (openly admitted) intended lane: Bot. He's instead in the jungle.
Seeing as Riot wanted Graves to be played as an ADC/Marksman from the bot lane, I propose an incentive on building a Crit build, which is usually more suitable for the bot lane ADC to build, not the buiser, jungle ADC.
Right now, Graves' autos stop at the first thing hit. What if his buckshot became an AOE spread that passed through all targets in the buckshot (and dealt damage) when his auto's crit? A nerf that could go along side this, since it would undeniably be a massive buff, would be the previously proposed nerfs that had hit the PBE:
End of the Line (Q) detonation AD ratio reduced 40/55/70/85/100% from 40/60/80/100/120%
Quickdraw (E) True Grit armor and MR changed to 8/11/14/17/20 per stack
This could bring both his burst and bruiser options down a little, while also shifting him into an ADC that desires crit %. Thus potentially putting Graves where he was originally intended, while taking away some of what makes him overwhelming right now.
