the fact that Riot let Ezreal get away from this patch with zero nerfs is just proof that they don't know wtf they are doing.

Why are they allowing a ADC, to rush Gauntlet, Ninja Tabi, Guardian Angel, Muramana, to be the #1 ADC in the game? HES A ADC AND I HAVE A RUSH A LW JUST TO TICKLE HIM.
