Summon Ghost Poro only when you stand still

Strategic value of Ghost Poro is lower then it can be because you don't have control over it's summon. E.g. if you stay in brush waiting for moment to gank or if you walk through long bush ghost poro gets summoned overwriting previous one.

It would be a lot better of you can control Ghost Poro summon by standing still in bush.
