I feel like Sejauni's E having a minor displacement effect is hidden power she doesn't need

She has the hidden ability to stop dashes and most good Sej's will purposely hold onto it until they see an enemy dash spell cast so they can instantly nullify it.

If Sej ever is in need of nerfs, I would like this to be the first thing targeted.
