Suggested Cleanse Update

Cleanse Removes all crowd control (excluding suppression) and reduces the duration of all crowd control by 65% for 2.5 seconds. Duration is increased by 0.5 seconds and gain 10% increased movement speed for 1.5 seconds every time a new instance of crowd control is applied during this time. (Now also affects knockups, but not pulls or knockbacks)

I think this would make Cleanse a really good spell to consider taking in metas where crowd control chains are present. What do you guys think?
