can we get smite at lvl 1 plz
With new accounts you dont get smite till lvl 10. Going into blind pick with no jungle is a little annoying. I feel like smite and having a jungle is a necessity, so, y is it not a lvl 1 summoner spell?

I feel like true new players shouldn't be going into the jungle just yet.
well i got banned on my main account because i had the name sircumsalot for 7 years and last week riot decided it wanted to ban it. So i changed they name to sirfittietucker and got perma banned.
It's to help noobs avoid things they wouldn't understand yet.
Honestly I hate when people smurf, if you're bored of your account go play a different game.
It's to force new players to learn basic lane mechanics. I can't imagine what kind of freaky ass games we'd all have if Riot didn't enforce basic lane mechanics on new players.
