Why is Lulu getting a nerf?
I don't understand why she's getting a severe nerf to base health stat. She's hardly banned at the moment, is not played support, and is not a threat in the top lane. That nerf might kill her and make her unplayable.

You do realize that she's one of the "tankiest" ranged champs base HP and armor wise, especially compared to many ranged supports.
She has super safe laning phase in a solo lane and sheep are already too dumb to realize that she's actually a support, not just a solo laner. So... somehow tanky base-stat-wise + amazing zoning control + "i-hate-this-shit" early game damage + pretty darn defensive kit? Why is the first one allowed to coexist with the others as a solo laner?
Support Lulu always builds some form of defense so it's not that bad. This is more of a nerf aimed at solo lane Lulu where sheep don't do that.
Because she's OP in Korea ATM and starting to catch on in the western LCS.
Because she can still do all this.

I have literally only seen lulu in lcs, she hasn't done anything remarkable in solo q
I actually really like playing lane lulu, shame she's getting nerfed :C
