Ranked with AFK

Hi,

I don't know if it was already mentioned and I'm not sure that this is the correct section where to post it, but I'm sure someone already noticed it. When playing ranked, it sometimes happens that player in your team goes AFK. The rest of the team tries to play without this player in hope that the AFK player reconnects. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, but IMO the ranked system is too harsh on the rest of the players in the team. I mean, if I've got an AFK player on my team, my chances for winnig are dramatically reduced. Why should I be punished with the loss of the same amount of LP as if there were all 5 players playing? I think that there should at least be some system to take into account AFK players on the team to reduce the loss of LP, otherwise it somehow defies the rules of proper sportsmanship.
