@Riot -- Stop giving me champion shards for champions you think I'm awesome with

Like seriously, I'm never going to upgrade one of my champions past level 5, I'm still missing so many champions to be doing that. Stop giving me shards for 1350 IP or less cost champions that I got mastery level 6 tokens for. I'm just going to horde them and reroll into some crappy 4800 IP or less cost champion that I have never liked, if my odds are any indication.
