Rift Scuttler is really screwing up my Teemo play
Teemo is my favorite champion, and my favorite way to play him used to involve heavily lacing a contested area with Mushrooms (usually Baron pit). Since we now have a little guy that randomly walks around there detonating my shrooms, it makes it hard to set up a defensive trap.
While It is easy to shroom around the the path of the Scuttler, his random movements (both after spawn and upon taking any form of damage) mean that using those alleyways is an unreliable way to play the game. You more then likely won't get to use them as a trap against another player - just a crab that will rapidly regenerate its health after it plows through most of your other mushrooms. Unlike a similar gameplay change (like the addition of the Wight camp), the Scuttler is not something a Teemo player can really play around other then avoiding those choke points.
The same is true with Shaco players - the scuttler means that they lose access to some of their defensive JitB's. And these mechanics already weren't that hard to counter - you could shut them down with a free item and a relatively cheap upgrade.
A simple change would fix this - make the Scuttler immune to the effects of stealthed traps.
