How about fixing Kennen's mid/late game?

Unless getting blown up and forced to Zhonya within the first second of getting in ult range of a carry is intended, then having them step out of it before the second strike, is considered fine.

Assuming you somehow even get in ult range of the highly mobile carries and Jannas that are in every game right now.
