Ranked teams?

Seriously RIOT, when will you make it possible for players that want to play ranked games as a team without having to be in the same league. Me and my friends played all of our qualification games together and somehow some got in bronze and some gold and now we can't play ranked games as a team anymore. Can you remove this annoying shit with even level leagues or atleast reset once rating so that your solo rating doesn't affect your flex rating (which has to be the reason why some got in gold and some bronze even though we play the same games in qualification).

Sidenote also, if you're not going to allow people to play flex as a party of four, remove the possibility to solo queue for flex. If people decide to solo queue flex instead of solo/duo-queue they sure as hell don't mind if he/her get four premades in his/her team. Can no longer count the situations where we've been four players wanting to play flex ranked but we can't since it's not allowed and the next time you play it as two or three premade you get a bunch of solo queuers.

Regards from a quite annoyed player that no longer see any reason to play this game as a team since you limit the possibilities more and more.
