Is Kassadin balanced?
Just curious as i remember him being soopur ohpee in S4 but im curious if they actually balanced him now.
So basically is he; UP, OP, or hopefully, balanced.

The nature of his kit makes him unbalanced. I personally don't think they can ever balance his damage and mobility properly. Sure he gets a blink, but at the cost of his damage and early game. Is the trade off worth it?
Kassadin, in my opinion, is completely balanced due to the fact that he's so easy to beat in lane. Even before his 'nerf' he was never a problem if I played LeBlanc. He does have extreme roam capability due to his level 6 mobile kit, but you can still beat him pretty easily with good reaction time and decent knowledge of both your champion and kassadin himself. Now that neither he doesn't have his silence, that makes laning against him even easier with nukers like LeBlanc (But she's lost her silence as well).
I guess it's just a matter of play style and/or knowledge/skill.
play him top with a ryze build (manamune, roa, frozen heart, iceborn, spirit visage, banshees)
i bought him a couple days ago and he's awesome
i havent had a single bad game with him
though its kind of depressing i can't 1v1 a yi at full health while his highlander and youmuus were on cooldown when i was already semifed
i feel like he isnt bursty like an assassin should be..well i mean he is but not enough to kill which is what assassins do. they kill stuff.
BUT STILL AWESOME FOR CATCHING PEOPLE OUT AND WINNING
He's still broken and faceroll. You're going to start seeing him and Swain replace Ryze in competitive top lane since they both fit the same bill of 0-counterplay melee fighter destroyers who also beat Maokai and Rumble and scale hard into late game. After that, wait a month or so and he'll be back at the top of the soloQ ban list until Riot decides to actually change him.
