feedback system!

it might be best to add a feedback system in champions owned/not owned section, which will allow you to give feedback after for example playing 100 matches with or against X champion.

this might provide better info for riot and hopefully improve balancing. this way riot can also take their time sorting it out and comparing the feedbacks, and don't have to feel rushed and the rants on the boards might tone down as well.
