Earning Blue Essence Consistently

Hey, Riot I'm not here to cry and bash you guys for what I think is right. With the new season or preseason, I should say, earning champions is kind of difficult. I play LoL a lot mostly norms so I can enjoy the game, however, I can't buy new champions that I want to add to my ranked roster because we don't earn consistent BE through playing matches. I understand that we can obtain BE through the Hextech loot system and through missions, but since I play a lot it feels like my way of generating in-game currency has been reduced and been left up to chance.

So I ask, could you please allow players to earn BE through matches? TY.
