Why hasn't Tryndamere been given priority for a rework?

This is literally the most one dimensional, low skill champion in the game, on a similar level to pre-rework Sion. He's annoying to play both with and against.

Most players can almost reach Diamond just by spamming games with him and running down top lane 24/7, with no awareness or decision making.
