Let's raise a real ghoul army - Tentative Yorick rework
I guess y'all already know than our dear Gravedigger has been cast out for a while now because of how toxic and unsatisfying his kit was deemed both by Riot and the players. But in the end, what could we expect of a champion that doesn't even live up to fantasy ? People picking him up expected a summoner type of champion swarming the ennemy with the gould he'd command and instead got a brick wall of a poke machine.
My goal with this rework was to put the emphasis on the pet management rather than having him mindlessly poking the ennemy laner into oblivion. So... without further ado, let's get in the thick of things, shall we ?

Yorick - Stats

** Passive : Unholy Covenant** Every 3rd auto attack, Yorick summons a ghoul that lasts for 20 seconds. ( max 6 / 7 / 8 ) Auto-attacking a champion extends the duration by 5 seconds ( max 30 )

Ghouls obey the same priority system as Elise's spiderling until they are given an order. Ghouls will walk back to Yorick if they are over 700 range away from him. Ghouls will not maintain aggro on a champion for more than 5 seconds unless Yorick damages him.

Yorick hits all ennemies in the target area, dealing damage over 3 seconds. The ghouls will aggro the ennemy hit that is the closest to them, prioritizing champions. Magic damage over time : 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+100% bonus AD )
W : Omen of Pestilence Range : 600 : 100 Cost :70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 Mana Cooldown :12
Yorick deals damage in the target area and summons a Decaying Ghoul that lasts for 10 seconds and slows ennemies around it for 1.5 seconds. Magic Damage : 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 ( +100% AP ) Slow : 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%

Yorick summons a Ravenous Ghoul that lasts for 10 seconds and gives him and nearby ghoul an attack speed and lifesteal aura. The Ravenous Ghoul follows Yorick around and doesn't do damage. Attack speed aura : 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% Lifesteal aura : 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 16% Note : Lifesteal allows ghouls to heal themselves.

Yorick raises a permanent pet Zombie by his side. The Zombie's auto attack cleave ( think ravenous hydra ). The cooldown begins after the Zombie dies. You can control the Zombie by using the "R" key. The Zombie telepors back to you if left more than 1500 range away The Zombie acts like Annie's Tibbers and doesn't obey the "Omen of War"

With this kit, Yorick is made a great deal squishier, but at the same time is made able to dish out a lot more damage. The kit is now oriented around being able to maintain Ghouls active and use them to lay waste onto the ennemy team.
In lane, he pretty much holds on to his lane-bully status, still being able to poke and decently kite melee champions while the pets deal most of the damage. However, with the old passive not being a thing anymore, his base stats brought down and the reduced sustain, he's much less of a brick wall and goes down decently fast once jumped on. Ranged laners are gonna give him a much harder time sustaining his pets as he's not gonna be able to auto attack them quite as much.
In teamfights, you're either gonna look forward for isolated targets to swarm up and annihilate with your army of undead, or you can try and use your Omen of Pestilence and wall of summonee's to help peel for your carries. What's also really interesting about such a champion in a teamfight, is that with proper micro-management, you can effectively have a huge zone of influence, having the Zombie going for the backlines, while you and your ghouls do the peeling and put a dent onto their frontline.
The thick of your damage is gonna be coming from pets that are both spawned and sustained in time by your auto attacks thus leaving you in a vulnerable state after too much time without a thing to hit. Be careful not to waste time when moving around the map, because even the undead isn't eternal.
