why doesnt riot stop putting friends on the enemy team?

like, how hard would it be to make a quick filter to check and see who's friends or not before loading? i shouldnt have to dodge to avoid taking elo from friendslist people. like average queue acceptance time would allow a quick check. like not many people have the issue of having their entire friendslist in their queue when they ranked unlike the highest elo, so why cause this drama for the common plat/diamond player?
