Preseason: Conqueror and PTA

Now that precision three grant flat ad instead of attack speed (if u want), is conqueror going to be broken since it was balanced by the fact that bruiser should get atk speed because of the tree? I mean I can go conqueror darius with a flat 12 ad. Since they nerf Fleetfootwalk ap ratio because mage now aren't force to take atk speed anymore for get in the precision three, should the same thing fall into that category? Also pta on melee user would also become more powerful (renekton and urgot come on my mind even tho urgot take the book now but I fell that PTA will power him up quite a bit with a flat of 12 ad). I don't think that 5-10 armor could help that much against conqueror user.
