Changing my MMR

I've been on a pretty big winning streak lately, after being placed in b5 i kind of gave up, but 2 weeks ago i decided to take it seriously and now im in b3, however it's hard for me to climb because I'm still losing more lp than i gain in ranked, despite moving up at a pretty good rate and winning most of my games. Any advice would really help, thanks!

999 MMR Bronze 4 Your MMR is quite a bit lower than average.

This is the only thing that matters. If you keep winning more than you lose, you will stay in bronze 3, but your MMR will increase until you start gaining 20 LP for wins. My advice is to just keep playing lots of games, and don't be afraid to dodge if you think the game is a sure loss in champ select.
