Being hard-stuck in rank

Hello everyone.

Sorry for my grammar as it is not my native language and i know i am bound to make grammar mistakes.

Wanted to ask everyone what exactly do you do when you are stuck in a division?

Like i tried spamming meta champs and spamming champs easy to advance but sometimes it is hard and i don't know why lately i have really unfair games (teamwise). I know i am not the best player out there but i swear it seems unfair that i get stuck with over 80% of the games on the losing team.

I tried to learn from my mistakes in game and tried not to make the same mistakes anymore but i really don't know what to do anymore in that regard.

I tried to learn to farm better, to roam and focus for objectives and i'm not always in tip top condition in every game and if i have a bad game and feed a bit early i always try to focus on farm and supporting my team however i can so i can be usefull in late game.
