Import/export of rune pages

Hey,

I think it would be a viable choice to add an import/export feature to the game client. It could be just a base64 encoded string which would allow websites to add a simple copy-to-clipboard button. So any rune page could be imported from any website farily easy with two clicks.

I assume most summoners know the struggle while playing a not so often played champ and having only a very short amount of time left to finish the page. This feature would enhance the user-friendliness regarding runes and not so often played champs a lot!
