LP Loss and internet failure

Playing league is my favorite hobby, and i am currently try extremely hard to get back to gold mostly being unlucky has cost me to fall short so far. But i am not here to complain about match making and similar topics. I have a serious problem with my LP loss last game i played me team was doing well as was i but unfortunately my internet cut out, I understand that riot can not help me with this and how frustrating it must be for the other players on my team. so in understand losing lp when my DC cost us the game. But that wasn't the case although i didn't join back to play because i couldn't my team still won! I'm not saying i should get lp for that i shouldnt but i also shouldnt have lost the 18 lp i did lose.

As unfair as it is,

Its also unfair for players to carry 4v5 and win the game on their own, it makes their experience more tilting and frustrating to earn their LP. Not saying this occured to you as you seem like you put your team in a good position, it was in a good position before you left, and then won before you could come back, but for the usual player, a D/C can be more impactful and a problem even if on the winning side, I wouldn't mind D/Cing, reconnecting with a 0/0/0 KDA and +23LP either.

Like I said, in your case its very unfair but riot can't break the system due how much more impactful this situation usually is. The only thing you may get away with would potentially be sending them a support ticket and test their generosity.
