Rammus is probably the champion that could use a Rework and Visual Update more than anyone.

Yeah he's a great jungler. Yeah he's got a theme some people enjoy. But...come on. He's an Armadillo that hardly has any VO, his story doesn't make sense, nothing about this champion makes sense. His only real defining mechanic is his powerball. Everything is just thrown on him because it's effective. He also isn't much to look at. It's like hey, we're gonna make this champion. It's a Rhino. His defining mechanic is to charge people. Then we'll give him lasers and waffles because it's effective.
