Is there any way miss fortune e nerfs can be reverted

MF AP mid was one of my favorite things, but after that e dmg nerf, its almost impossible to play her. Im wondering if you guys would buy any thought into reverted the E dmg nerfs, and hopefully put her AP MF build in a non-troll spot. Thanks.
