This is not balanced...

Why is Xayah with frozen mallet and fleet footwork rune able to outrun Udyr with 3 stacked passive and e and predator boots active and dead man's plate and tri force + boots obviously.

Like Frozen Mallet shouldn't give ranged champion that does ridiculous amount of dmage because it's fed the ability to outrun very fast champions.... If frozen mallet on adc becomes meta, than only thing I could do as jungler would be to play hecarim cause with predator, his e and Righteous glory is one of the only champs you can't outrun...
