GLP on the PBE feels like garbage.

I don't mind the stat change TOO much, but the active feels like garbage. When you tack the stat change on top of how bad the active feels, the whole item just feels like a poor shadow of its former self.

It contributes nothing to waveclear, which coupled with the cast time is more of a detriment than anything, and now it just feels like an item that validates picking Glacial Augment for a keystone.
