red side vs blue side, rate of climbing

Basically, Im pissed because red side is so much weaker than blue side that riot has to stack the deck against blue with a disfavorable elo profile. As a result, I am seeing red side win laning phase in about 65-75% of my games.

And Im pissed that it takes so goddamn long to climb. It took me weeks to go from b3 to s4 at a 65% win rate and to date, i still havnt noticed any increase in intelligent play. Im still seeing games decided by one persons decision to play yasuo into darius. Still seeing junglers feed 3 enemy laners in 5 minutes of gametime. Still seeing lackadaisical supports roaming for chimes before lvl 2. Although I did get one really good janna, i think she was a booster.

Id still be in bronze 3 if they didnt give you a free promo win after you fail the first one.
