League Bug Maybe?

So last night I am playing Morg support. I return to base with plenty of gold to buy myself hourglass and I have all the needed items as well. I click on hourglass and it won't let me buy awhile later I return again to buy hourglass but still not able to purchase it and this time too I also can't purchase redemption either. Very frustrating that I had the gold and was unable to buy any items finally after about 10 minutes I was able to buy the items. Just something you may want to look into I took a photo to show but can't attach it to the post.
