Please give us normal URF in custom games!

So All Random URF is soon to be enabled on PBE, can we please have normal URF in customs when it comes up in the RGM? I'm sure everyone loves playing RNG to see who gets more broken champs, but some of us would actually want to play the champs we want with others even if it means people want to play broken shit every match.
