Slow resistance issues.

Currently, most people in League go for swifties as their boots of choice. They're cheap, give the most reliable MS, and have a crap ton of slow resistance latched on.

Riot has been doing gentle nerfs to these boots, but they haven't changed at all in their popularity.

What I think would be the best solution to the entire debacle is this.

REMOVED: BOOTS OF SWIFTNESS

MERCURY TREADS: Enhanced Movement increased to 60 from 45 TENACITY: Tenacity is now twice as effective against slows. COST: Unchanged

Mercury treads have always been the most expensive boot upgrade. Swifties do a portion of what Merc treads do, while being vastly cheaper.

The best solution to stopping everyone from buying swifties, is to merge them with Merc Treads and make them THE anti-cc boots. Plus, Mercury was the Roman Messenger God, capable of running at great speeds. I never understood why they weren't very fast boots.
