New Ranking Queue Fail

I've been in numerous games where someone fails to either select a champ or ban one because the new system does not alert players to as well as it used to in the old system. I also just got booted from two queues back to back for the same reasons. All I'm asking is for Riot to implement a louder or more visible alert system like it was originally or at most, give the option to ban only to one player; this way if the player knows that only he/she has to ban and other players don't have be surprised when it's their turn to ban.
