WTF does that mean????

I get that, then i force exit the client, come back, no buttons work. i exit and come back, the client is dark. exit and come back and the loot tab takes ages to load, like how can you be the top 3 most played video game IN HISTORY and have a client so insultingly bad??

It's only bad for our goals (i.e., to play the game). Riot's goals with the new client were easier development with multiple teams, flashy animations that work well on their test machines, and a gigantic storefront for players to buy many, many delicious pixels.
