A simple hot-fix to the mute system to help fix toxicity (on both sides)

Make it so whoever you mute in game STAYS muted in the post game screen please and have the honor option blocked out so theres not even a chance to accidentally honor somebody you muted/blocked

This would prevent people from see the toxic persons comments after game and would prevent a possible response to sed comments from the blocker.

I Personally am tired of muting somebody only to know I'll see they jerk comments after the game is over about how bad I am or report me for feeding blah blah blah
