I miss the days where getting hit by just about anything didnt cost 30% of your HP

Now you can just stack 300-400 damage on top of what is supposed to be a small hit between runes and items. Like you get hit with a single spell but then tack on comet, scorch, corrupting pot, and Ludens means that single hit that should have done 150 now does 350. Oh boy Brand pressed E on me. Thats gonna cost me the base damage, the passive damage, like 15% of my max HP from item 3151+ item 3116, a shot from Comet, a Scorch proc, a couple Spellthief procs, and a Cheap Shot proc.

Weird how that 70 (+35% AP) targeted spell turned into 400+ post mitigation damage. Whelp, guess I better build item 3194 item 3111 item 3102 as a "carry" so THE "SUPPORT" doesn't chunk me out by breathing near me.

And I used AP as an example but its the same shit for AD too. Oh boy, Irelia pressed Q on me. Thats only gonna cost me the the base damage, Triforce proc, Titanic proc, Steraks boosting up the Triforce proc, and an instant extra auto attack + Titanic from an Irelia with 3k+ HP. You know what? Better make some of that true damage with Conqueror and give her AP damage in her kit so you can't even counterbuild her if you wanted to.

This is getting so out of control. Why is it that unless you build 100% pure tank, getting hit by anything can easily cost you 20%-30% if not more of your HP? It feels so fucking bad that the opinions of the regions that made this game don't fucking matter because only what the Chinese want matters anymore. Oh, whats that? China likes the fast and furious oneshot meta? Guess we'll go with that and ignore everyone who actually helped build this game to what it is today. China is our biggest cash cow right now. You guys are last year's news. We have your money already so we don't care what you think. Sorry everyone, we sold ourselves to a Chinese company along with our souls and now we're just your generic number focused, no casual Fridays having ass, hollow corporate entity. We made these new skins though!
