More languages in NA!

I think it would be a great idea to add more languages to the NA server. Seeing as they are already made it would be difficult to enable them for another server. It would be great to be able to read and play in my native language (german).

Does anyone else think this would be a good way to help personalize league?

In the event Riot doesn't see this does anyone know a way I can personally change my in-game and client?
