bans: default timeout without button

Right now, you get blacklisted if you fail to ban something in time. but... SOMETIMES, you are caought out in a bit of indecision or something, you click on a champ to ban at the last second... and the stupid "BAN" button doesnt light up. for MULTIPLE SECONDS sometimes.

So you get kicked anyway, even though you have technically selected a ban.

Please make it so that on timeout, it just goes with any ban pick highlighted
